Giving one piece of feedback

You may have many comments on what could be better. You may want to keep them all to yourself, except one. Praise is easy. Change requires effort and focus. Bigger changes require more effort and sharper focus.

Take "do you have feedback?" as a factual question, and give all your feedback. Take "do you have feedback for me?" as a human interaction, and the game changes. One piece of feedback is easier to take. Maybe that one piece of feedback is more effective.

Thank you Anders, for suggesting I should “Disagree with only one thing,” when we were prompted for feedback years ago.
